Vegan Rice Patties

Mix in a medium bowl:
*2 cups cooked wild rice
*1 cup (or less) Daiya cheese
*3 T flour
*1/2 cup minced onion (I use onion powder)

Whisk together:
*1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
*3 Ener-G "eggs"  (the original recipe called for 3 egg whites)

Combine with rice mixture.

Heat oil and spoon approximately 1/3 cup of rice mixture onto the skillet.  Press down to make a patty shape.  Cook patties, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.  Top however you like!
